The event, one of the most popular and well attended of the franchise, coincides with the 40-year anniversary of Return of the Jedi. It will be the fourth Star Wars Celebration to have taken place in Europe, and the third in London. The last time it took place was in 2016.
The Star Wars Celebration is an annual convention that originated in 1999. Every year, fans gather to listen to panels, meet celebrity guests, and shop for merchandise.
Lucasfilm and Disney also use the event to announce new projects–so fans who attend will be among the first to hear major Star Wars news.
